 Wearing weights on your limb, Got side effect arr?

Hey not too long ago a friend suggested that I should wear weights on my leg and hand to strenghten up my limbs.

Just wanna ask any of you use these stuff before or not? Any side effect?

I need ur opinions.

By adding weights, yr muscles will work harder so u will notice a bit difference in muscle size over some time. But dont expect to be muscular.... the difference will be sonething like between yr right and left hand. Its good for bones too.... makes it stronger...

Side effect.... its not too fun carrying weight around and may be bit tiring. Also not too great if u suddenly swing yr arm and catch a girl in the nose tongue.gif....

Anyway, i think its quite alright. My professor of medicine walks around everyday treating patients with weight on her arms.

hahaha...okay okay...So basically not much side effect la...Haha don't worry i don't plan to wear them 24/7 la. Maybe during jogging only wear.

Nolar, don't wear 24/7 la.
It strains the ankles. It does strengthen the ligaments though. I only wear them in the gym and when I'm karate'ing. =D

No point wearing it while karate'ing either. You can't mimic a sports skill in the gym with added resistance. You wanna get better at a sport, martial art, etc, train it outside the gym work.
