I doubt just because of missing signboard will cause SW to degrade.....

IMO, they should just demolish the current IOI Mall and have a new masterplan that incorporates the open space carpark and further spaces for future expansion. Puchong sorely needs a new exciting mall. If only it is that easy...

their tenants are comparable to sw
if you look at their master plan they will build serviced apartment and a mall
maybe cabin crew will stay at the soho quieter than sw where it is no longer conducive to sleep
cabin crew may be young and pretty and party but at the end of the day they are human and need decent sleep but sw is too noisy
every day play loud music

I think the idea of complains is to let other people know whats happening in SW. And what u expect when u buy or rent this place. I am sure Ibbrio already did what he can, and i myself have lodge report to MPSJ. Again if SW owners wants this place to prosper, either in rental or selling the place at much higher price, then get rid of the noise pollution. Asking us to not to complain in this forum does not make SW a better place to live. Is just to hide away facts from other people. Forum allow us to share information, and i definitely will share about the insane noise pollution u get from 1 particular pub below. And This place has no internet service that provide fiber internet. If someone else would have shared this earlier, I will never have moved in.

Do consider buying the limited I LOVE SW tea-shirt. It would entitle you to enjoy discounts at a few  participating outlets in SW. Understand another set of promo events on last night of CNY arrange by SW Mall owner.

the parking machine is very frustrating, sometimes new note the machine will not accept and to make matter worst the guy who paying do not hv other notes and long q is waiting behind, now i go enter. mall i never park at the basement below, i rather park near tokyo kitchen there as the q at B1 parking machine is always very loooooong 

i totally object because the students of higher learning dont carry themselves well. Its a decadence of society.

I also wonder, if Bank Islam can bring in Unifi at their own cost, why didn't SW management did it earlier ? If it is about money, I am sure a lot business operator wouldn't mind contributing to it. This is definitely a worthwhile investment to pay for. Glad that something is taking place but definitely had overlooked this solution earlier.

It has been almost 5 months since the new JMB took over. We were promised with transparency and a bundle of improvement etc. I wish to ask as of to date what has taken place. What had the new JMB done differently as compared to the previous JMB. To be honest, I see nothing changed. Despite that, I feel commercial was seriously overlooked. Talking about transparency, what had been done ? We are still living in dark. Does transparency about explaining it in forum only ? The notice board has been very empty with old posting. There is no communication in our mailbox. Can they list down the job completed ever since they took over ? I can only think about the EM lock.  I begin to be very skeptical on capability of current JMB. Are we only going to see changes when Facilities Management change ? What if the upcoming facilities management failed to deliver like the new JMB ? I guess we just need to take all these promises with a pinch of salt.

Jmb is still trying to minimise any increment in service charge. An egm will be called for the increment. It will also be voting on other keys issues such as location of another public toilet and  acceptance of bf/s7 reno on common area. Other key issues such as level of services and security vs service charge may be included. Do you know the 700+ units of residential units actually has  full time officers + 21 guards 24/7? This one item alone works out to about $180 per unit/month!

Hi all, may I know how much is the market price for 3R 2B for setia walk residence block at this moment?

Went to Setia Walk 2 days ago for lunch. BIG mistake. It is so damned difficult to locate the restaurant. No clear signage and direction of which block is which block. Hot, sweaty and stuffy. Security guard had no idea which block is which block and directed me to Timbuktu. Cigarette butts at the stairways. Took me 25 minutes to locate the restaurant.

I am not going to this place ever again.
