BTW, Maxis cellular signal had increase since roughly the installation of the "water tank". Haven't find out the additional tower yet.
In the office previously no bar. Now 2 to 3 bars.
Outside previously 1 to 2 bars. Now fullbar.

Full signal for Digi and Maxis now. Celcom and U mobile are in the process. Jmb approved them last year. Recently received Unifi's request to be in SW.

A lot of ppl underestimate the number of makan/shoppers needed for a restaurant in a retail mall.. Not easy to stay profitable   

Update: Latest stat shows more than 50% of SW office lots are now occupied. Everyday 2 or 3 move ins. Mainly because broadband access is no longer an issue and relatively low rental rates from about RM1.50 psf.

what is the status on the fly over bridge? when can expect it to open?

MPSJ meeting involving local councilors, relevant officers and developer was done. Developer agreed to beautify area under bridge. The need to pave road into Wawasan area most likely to be dropped as the whole road is still in good condition. Developer explained it is obviously not possible for it to provide life time maintenance. Bridge was not part of original development order. It was funded and built by SW developer as a community project out of goodwill. After hearing the views, MPSJ now deliberating on outstanding lifetime maintenance issue.

Is ANYONE mentioned those businesses closed down is ANYTHING TO DO WITH maintenance fee????????

I AM VERY CLEAR. And, I am not anyone of those poor business owner either.

Anchor hotel in SW is under renovation and fit out at the moment. Expected date of completion is probably around Apr 2016. It has well over 100 rooms and a swimming pool. The name of the hotel is now known. Owner will announce it at a suitable time.
