BTW, Maxis cellular signal had increase since roughly the installation of the "water tank". Haven't find out the additional tower yet.

MPSJ meeting involving local councilors, relevant officers and developer was done. Developer agreed to beautify area under bridge. The need to pave road into Wawasan area most likely to be dropped as the whole road is still in good condition. It was funded and built by SW developer as a community project out of goodwill. After hearing the views, MPSJ now deliberating on outstanding lifetime maintenance issue.

Business bad have got nothing to do with Committee members n to whether you should continue paying maintenance fee.
Escape rooom close down because biz no good So does grand shanghai. Those 2 are tenants of Setiawalk mall. Nothing to do with maintenance fee you paying.

Offices demands going up as LRT going to operate. I can see car parks getting fillup very quickly nowadays
