this is the 4th weeks of working in my company... i wonder what should i do?... should i stay or should i resign...
here it goes the story... i was been told in the interview that i'll be given a training on company system in order to understand the overall company system... but i was been fooled as they didn't even give me any training and expect me to know everything...
...
i already tried my best to do whatever i had been asked to do but sometimes really can't figure it out... somemore everyone keep rushing me... even though when i'm very busy, some of them still add burden to me by asking me to do this and that... i had been scolded by my boss few times because of this...
...
the funniest thing is, i'm the only one who are in charge of IT department... nobody else... shouldn't the company hire another It staff?...

The situation you stated is very similar to my experience too, let it be, as this is how an IT people life is. Remember when i first start working, wahlaoehhh, cant even manage to walk from 1st floor to 2nd floor, coz in the stairway got people tahan you already for work, even thou you have 4~5 request on hand and a your handphone ringing. I tell you at that time, i work until nearly crazy, really stressful. Especially when the staff keep talk talk talk about sometime wanting you to do and you totally no idea what the hell is it.
And you cant expect them to teach you everything, you have to learn yourself, it is not easy but this is the way it is. When time pass, you will eventually know how to deal with each of the situation here, and you will no longer feel rushing for anything and just do your work steadily.
Maybe you hv to spend time manage your interpersonal relationship as well, make as many people happy as possible, if cant, at least make the few big heads happy
Also, yes, very importantly, must learn how to tai chi, dont take responsibility completely everytime.
Resign is the worst idea, unless you can get some better place to go. Otherwise it is a bad record for you.
