Same situation as me when I was a fresh grad. My advice, stay on eventho its hard. Nobody guide you, nvm, read the "Help" file or any available documentation and then, do a trial and error test. Don't worry the server crash...it won't crash easily unless you open 100++ applications at a time and don't delete any files!

There is no easy way out, learn it the hard way. You'll gain experience faster this way.
