With LRT complete,
PSK prices are HALF of 800-900k
PNK is about 580k
Urbana which is a great product has hardly appreciated 7% since 2013 not taking into account vacancy, interest and the likes.
Now some say potpuri will do well at 1kpsf!!

15 years ago, developer price was rm 200k and it stagnant for over 5-7 years. Now over 400% paper gain.
