I've visited the Urbana 2R2B, but I find the design abit weird, the kitchen area has no window, so I was thinking if I'm going to cook then my whole unit will be very smelly. They still have some developer units left but the price is quite high, still consider about this

Only the 1,065sf and above units have a yard where the owner can install an exhaust pipe to the yard. Wonder why the developer didn't think of creating a yard for all units, tho. Unless they assume that most who buy the smaller units are investors who will rent out the unit or turn it to an airbnb/homestay.
