i had gtx 870m but im getting 50-60 max fps with everything high , 1080p , and no vertical sync , is this normal?

Lvl61 rift, done with a Lv70 wiz, got 2 leg, 1 leg material, within 5 minutes. Got nothing from the cache n rift boss.
