Anyone is using this plan in Penang area?
How's the speed wise in terms of website loading (mostly from overseas site and youtube)? Currently is using Streamyx 2Mbps, don't find the browsing speed is fast and it's bladee RM130 per month! |

I've tested Streamyx 2Mbps is quite consistent, it's just that most of the times, need to refresh router to get other IP for better speed.
