After 2 years contract, I intend to terminate my account in telco taiping which is where I signed up. The staff there said they r not able to terminate account in their branch without any explanation & mislead me by telling me I'm only able to terminate in taiping mall outlet. But when I reach the outlet, the staff in Taiping mall said they are also can't do it & they already told tesco taiping branch many time only Ipoh or Penang can terminate account. I feel like a ball being kicking around by two of the taiping yes 4g staff. Yes 4g side claim customer can walk in to any of the Yes Stores to terminate account is fault. I think Yes 4g should be the only 4g provide asking customer to travel outstation in order to terminate account. Yes 4g is operating its business like multilevel marketing scheme. I'm planning to call yes care tomorrow if still can't resolve it I will complaint my case to Mcmc or cfm in order to solve my case.
