I was about to book a unit through a bulk purchase arrangement.

The Galleria sits on the land behind the sales gallery. Initially, I was told that they will tear down the sales gallery and build a row of shop, in front of the Galleria.

On the day of bulk purchse, a little bird hints me that they might build another identical blocks instead of a row of shop. Thus, it stops me from proceeding.

Please check with the developer before you place your booking. I could be wrong.
