thanks bro. now lvl 56 already. been trying to earn some $$ by flipping. however when i started playing hardcore after rejoining back d3, i was super lucky, i join public game and there was this one person dropping low level legs and he left the game after that.

i sold some of the legs and manage to earn about 300-500k . Along the way,i started flipping, but everything is expensive

I give you some pro-tips

Farm rares on normal. Preferable act 2 because can get Leoric's Signet

Some low level rares/legends can easily fetch 250k - 1m per piece. Once you stockpile enough... you know what to do

ive been lucky... got ppl donate me monk gears... and some gold to start upgrading blacksmith etc... praise karma! hehe

I did that for a while, but realised should get my toon to lvl 60 asap to stack NV,MF and then farm leoric signet. saw the Market, 30-40m minimum, so after i hit 60, FARM SIGNET

Of course farming applies once you hit 60
Normal MP10 can only get you 400% MF from gear (excluding NV/Shrine)

Stack your MF gear and farm away!

Ya..just stack Thorns and wear Firewalkers...hit and run....no need to do anything they will just die.

It's all about efficient.. make your run short and fast.

just to share my barb total gears spent after 2weeks+ of last second robbing at ah:

1. helm = bid - 7,772,555
2. shoulder = crafted by using own materials, 12 times so - 900,000
3. ammy = bid - 551,250
4. bracer = bid - 11,133,077
5. glove = buyout - 3,250,000
6. chest armor = bid - 11,000,000
7. belt = buyout - 2,900,000
8. pant = bid - 800,000
9. ring left = bid - 1,500,000
10. ring right = bid - 1,600,000
11. boot = bid - 16,135,502
12. mainhand = bid - 2,303
13. offhand = bid - 15,999,999

total spent on gears are 73,544,686

14. 1 star gem slotted on helm = crafted by using own materials - 500,000
15. 3 star gems slotted on chest = buyout - 3,884,718
16. 2 rs gems slotted on weapons = buyout - 7,949,998

total spent on gems are 12,334,716

so total spent on gears + gems = 85,879,402, still this is a less than 100m works

all items are sniped in AH patiently, set alarm clocks, find pieces by pieces, etc; i'm really having lots of fun and i believe this is my happiest golds spent over the year
