Auto upgrade package is not practice by TM.
You can change it anytime, do take note you need to have one year contract for it.
Phone call at 100, live chat or walk in to TMPoint will do, they will need to go through authentication process before this can be done.

One year contract is for Unifi TV, not entire Unifi package.

Currently you are using Ruby pack RM40?
My parent was in this package, I helped them changed to new Ruby pack (RM30) last month, TM charged RM10 for downgrade fee from old Ruby (RM40) to new Ruby (RM30).
