just noticed that unifi had this stream champion deal where you subscribe to hypptv channel pack and you get free upgrade to VIP10 or VIP20....

i upgraded from VIP 5 to VIP10 on the 8th Jan and wasnt aware of this promotion ( which ended on 14th Jan).... the agent shouldve made me be aware about this and ask which hypptv pack that i want... haiz..

just called in to them and now will escalate the case to 2nd level it seems.... got to wait for few days... hope to get a satisfactory reply from them....

just came off the phone with them, after escalating to 2nd level, i am now entitled to that stream champion deal. Therefore, according to the promo, add RM50 for sports pack and free upgrade from 5 to 10mbps. thought of trying my luck with the jumbo pack, she put me on hold and checked with her superior, and got approval. so now, paying RM209 (add additional RM10), and will enjoy jumbo pack.
