Upgraded unifi, got jumbo.

This jumbo pack is pretty good, all my old fav are there... plus paramount, tvn movies, fox sports, bbc news.

Good to see all these channels are now in hd... so, its really goodbye to sd from anywhere. biggrin.gif
Only thing is they refused to give me new stb, only new 1 year warranty for old box.

Will hv to find a way within next 12 months. tongue.gif

Since your contract has already been renewed (from the unifi upgrade), u can tell them your STB is not working already then they'll send a replacement.

Been there done that tongue.gif

[b]Did the technician come to test the old STB before replacing?[b/] I am tempted to change mine, it's a very old unit (silver bulky box), and keep it as a back up box since HyppTV Everywhere is buggy on my Android TV Box. Wondering if they are coming up with new STB since they have rebranded to Unifi TV now  rolleyes.gif

This one depends on the technician themselves, mine didn't
I suppose you can tell them the box got stuck at "INIT" screen - common issue

Oh ya, since I've upgraded from 10Mbps to 30Mbps, I've also told the technicians about the old router that came with the package earlier is unable to fully utilize the 30Mbps speed (even though I'm already using my own Asus router)
Since they brought along extra routers, they exchange my old L7 router with the new TP Link Archer AC1200 (to be kept as backup)
