upgrading/modify package so damn slow by TM... i previously subscribed to Advanced 30 with attached Aneka pack since Oct 2015(free upgrade from TM form VIP10).
Want to switch to Jumbo pack and cancel the Aneka, made a call to TM on 12 Feb 2016, confirmed the modification but till now the acc still remained the same. What the timeline for the changes to take effect?
