Suppose you using your unifi connection to login BBC, there will automatically login.
But last time I did facing the same on you, I also trying live chat with TM, he also ask me to ask BBC directly.
I drop message to them on their website, and they did reply with email : BBCPlayerOps@bbc.com
You can try it.

Update : But I did sign out and sign in, I have no problem. You try to sign on App or website? Maybe restart?

Those channels should be still available on only Ultimate pack. Other pack no.

YA! Thats why what I angry too.
Means they ask us to stick with their STB.
But I had long time didnt connect my STB, I duno where my STB put doh.gif
Always used to watch in app, now they take off from the app bangwall.gif
