when u have hypptv "stuck", is yr pc and other devices stuck too or ok?

if former, either the modem is kaput or yr incoming in the area is often unstable.

if latter, likely the hyppbox is kaput, need replacement.

if it persists, u should call unifi, ask them to diagnose over the phone with u.

if they determine equipment failure, they will come replace.

replacement - modem is foc for life, router is foc if under warranty period.
