hmmm.....for me my habit is always the screen at lowest brightness, seldom i switch on brightness high or medium, perhaps thats why for me the battery tahan a bit more.

Anyone tried to update the Lenove Super Camera after VIBE ?
Can't seem to do it, it says Install Fail.....

I see that Lenovo Safe is controlling it....
Can i freeze Lenovo Safe ? and install it manually ?

No wonder, dunno what happened but i lost root access hahaha....need to reflash the whole thing again....bummer...

Is it becoz i updated my superuser app ? thats why i lost access ?

No deleting, just look for the official rom and reflash

Look for the Official ROM (I don't have it) and then put it in to SDFUSE and reflash.

Take note to read the forum properly, here they say the ROM may not work.

Need a memory card, create folder sdfuse and copy to install on this ROM (SZB tailed).
a) normal phone boot into Android OS, use a USB cable to connect PC, the pop-up screen, select USB mass storage devices, and turn on USB storage device;
b) New sdfuse folder, compiled droidboot.img, recovery.img, boot.bin, radio_firmware_6360.bin, system.img.gz copied to the phone sdfuse directory;
Note: Make sure before upgrading phone there is a certain amount of power
2. T card upgrade process
Long press VOLUP + POWER_KEY enter droidboot, a menu appears and select the fourth SDUPDATE, the bottom of the screen you can see the progress and status upgrade
See "SDCARD UPDATE SUCCESS!!!" Indicates a successful upgrade

Messed around with the phone :

1. Facebook
2. Whatsapp
3. A few phone calls
4. Switched on Wifi
5. Discovered that i messed around with the Lenovo App and Playstore thus rendering my root access missing, SuperUser corrupted keep on asking me to Install or Recovery Install
6. Checked with Root Checker my root access hilang
7. Reflashed VIBE ROM
8. Clear Partition and Cache
9. Reflash System
10. Download via Wifi all my original stuff
11. Re update my Super Camera which was why i messed up in the first place

Basically i am at 9.5 hours at 56 % battery. Wifi is still on and i am testing the phone still.

If you are going to restore, do check if they can provide you a copy of the ROW for those that want to restore from VIBE to stock if possible.

i see....i tot may not be suitable for us. So far i think its ok for me the VIBE ROM.

Question for u deejay, should i update my Superuser ? would it remove my Root Access ?
Not sure why it asked me INSTALL or RECOVERY INSTALL did u encounter this issue ?

Same here, i've not yet encountered issues yet (touch wood) apart from the SuperUser issue i encountered today.
So i reflashed.

I think coz i itchy finger go and use Lenovo App Store. It seems to change all the apps to Chinese which caused me issues.

I dun dare to update the SuperUser at the moment.

Cool do share the link if u find it, i saw your post in XDA, i would like to keep a copy of 131010 for backup purpose.

I am seeing the SuperUser memang will buat hall and you need to fix it after update.

I use like mad today. One single charge now 12 am 14 % got reminder to charge so start charging.

SonnyCool i am still on VIBE rom.

I don't use Smart Endurance since that will kill my battery, i read somewhere if u switch on Smart Endurance it takes even more CPU to calculate your style of usage which kills the battery.

The way i use the batt is not consistent so i dun need the Smart Endurance to read my setting.
The Lenovo Power i use is custom since i switch off most of the stuff.

I just unplugged at 7 am let me do some more test today and use it as per norm.

My battery pinged me at around 14 % telling me to start charging yesterday night.

Deejay same problem i face as well, i did set the play store to do not update and so far so good.

At the moment ok la...

Memang the SuperUser got issue. If u google memang they revoke your root once u update.
