Notice the yellow (first pic) and red (second pic) bar at the base of the wallpaper... mine is red and I want to change it to purple or any other colour...

But I have been digging here and there and I found nowhere to change the colour...

Could anyone help me?

Also, there is only one theme... and no option to download more themes?

Last but not least, I notice that the screen brightness adjustment is not smooth especially when using colour day dream, the sudden change from bright to dim is too obvious as compared to other devices. It is almost flicker-like phenomenon but I don't know whether this is normal or not... Could anyone tell me if they are facing the same issue?

1. download the 'K900_1_S_2_019_0113_130903_DVT3_CPUsign_root.rar' , 'gapps_k900_422_apk.rar', 'marketfix_k900_422.rar' file from here (post 1254) or

2. if using winrar ROM file rightclick > extract here, this will extract to this folder 'K900_1_S_2_019_0113_130903_DVT3_CPUsign_root'
3. copy all file/content from that folder to sdfuse folder on USB STORAGE (if sdfuse doesn't exist create it)
4. use SDUPDATE method to flash (press vol up + power till blue droidboot show then release your power first followed by vol up)
5. choose SDUPDATE

6. wait till SDCARD UPDATE SUCCESS & Reboot
7. done flashing ROM
8. copy gapps file manually using root exporer or similar app, copy all file from 'gapps_k900_422_apk.rar' to root/system/app
9. copy 4 marketfix file to root/system/etc/permission
10. change permission for all 4 file on root/system/etc/permission from 'rw-rw-rw’ to ‘rwxr-xr-x’
11. Restart K900

seems like alot of ppl selling off thier k900, any issues so far?

how is the camera quality? phone volume?

hi guys, got my K900 2 days back. still adapting to it coming from Galaxy S2, not much time to play with it, hopefully i will get my hands on it over the weekend

1. any tips to quick check phones are OK out from box? like dead pixel or some codes to check each functionality/hardware?

2. i noticed the misalignment or i think so...  of the camera, any of you have this? not sure if i should get it change?

based on my experience. flashing ur phone to another firmware, u completely wipe out all factory stuff inside ur phone.
if u do a factory reset, it will revert back to the time u first flashed ur phone.

when it update, or our phones update
its considered flashing.
so when u restore, it will go back to the initial point

PLAY STORE INCOMPATIBILITIES

For app incompatibilities in the play store I heavily recommend you to download this multiDPI play store https://drive.google.com/folderview?...Xc&usp=sharing

To install it:

1-Move the 2 files (phonesky.apk and googleservicesfrmework.apk) to /system/app and accept replacing the old ones.

1.1-I dont think it is needed any permission but if you have problems grant all permissions to both files

2-Reboot and you are done

Ok confirmed, could be source issue, i redownload everything and then in this order :

1. Download from VibeRom
2. Flash Vibe
3. Format Data
4. Wipe Cache
5. Flash System.igz

Play store appeared there after.
