I tried that before, result is not much different as long as you keep calories deficit for cutting. One good thing is you can enjoy one big meal instead of 6 to 7 small meals. Can you imagine if you are eating 1,500 calories foods in one meal? 300g salmon,300g chicken breast, 300g sweet potatoes....haha...
