OK I did used the search button and didn't found any thread title regarding intermittent fasting," IF" for short.

yes there are puasa thread but I believe it's different, such as IF can drink, puasa can't. puasa you "must" buka puasa after 12 hours, IF you can go all the way till 24 hours. puasa must do everyday, IF is flexible and so on. my point is I don't want mixing puasa thread with IF thread.

any one did IF? skip the "every one do IF unconsciously when sleeping" crap because that is no. IF is properly planned.

I am on my 2nd day of IF, goal is too lose fat until I reach sub 10-12% body day.

You can try to search "leangains".

I tried that before, result is not much different as long as you keep calories deficit for cutting. One good thing is you can enjoy one big meal instead of 6 to 7 small meals. Can you imagine if you are eating 1,500 calories foods in one meal? 300g salmon,300g chicken breast, 300g sweet potatoes....haha...

IF did good for me. but it is just about change of lifestyle, not a diet.
u need includes making healthy food choices whenever you do eat. Also, proper nutrition becomes even more important when fasting.

it suit busy person like me, my eating window 6pm - 12midnight. 2 big meal with calories deficit..

I dont know, I thought IF is the "hype" now but no one started a thread on this yet and its only a matter of time before some one did.

The hype was way back two years ago. Not really a hype thou, just another alternative about meal timing, that's all.

tried for 6 months. not gaining a lot of size because i was doing 15 reps sets but i lowered my bf tho. i think i managed to drop down to 15% (4 pack visible). gained strength and size more rapidly once i gone back to 3 big meals throughout the day. maybe it's only meant for berkhan-like heavy 5 reps routines.
