one south is located in serdang
balakong dan serdang is 2 different area


the mrt station in balakong is not far away from c108,
i am not very sure with the exact location

1. budget fit?
2. environment/amenities fit? Eateries, school for kids, hospital...etc
3. condo layout/size fit?
4. condo facilities fit?
5. majority buyer demographics (race, class...etc)
6. desired floor level fit?
7. desired facing/fengshui fit?

If u r coming fr Besraya of coz. If u come fr KL, u just turn right after TL

even worse now after they install the traffic light

that's why i wonder why he said the traffic light relieve the congestion? In my opinion from KL-> TPM direction, the Traffic light is the culprit that create congestion.

budget so far ok...condo design and layout is fine!

they just give me a call saying that this weekend can go to view their show model and price....

juz wonder if this worth to buy for stay as i quite concern bout the environment...heard that a lot of black there...

Why you use that road to back one south? Not from nouvelle hotel?

Going back to One South can use the Seremban Highway but when we wanna go out, have to use the roundabout route right? Is there any other alternative route?

going from one south to kl, u have to make one round, passby the overhead bridge to astro direction, theb turn left, making 360 degree, then only heading kl straight north .

alternative is go south direction, make u turn after south city plaza, it is even worse congestion at jln besar

please go investigate yourself........as i have no idea too.

Response is out of expectation. Most of the buyer is bring the machine gun and shooting blindly at the storey plan. Just kidding lets see the response on this Saturday. It may be the fastest fully book speed record among one south.
