For some reasons I was under the impression that this project is under residential title. Was corrected by my lawyer that it's under commercial title instead. Hurmmm.

Any chance for Sentrio Suites & G residence to fight for similar tenant in Mutiara Upper East ? Of course, Mutiara Upper East is more suitable for bigger family, while Sentrio Suites & G residence are more suitable for young couple or young family. Also, material used in Upper East seems to be very good.

Nearby development sized smaller than 1500sf would be Element, M City, and ARTE.

No I didn't.Wanted to get a 950sf unit but units for lvl 17 n below were sold out (to associate or some quick buyer).Whereas lvl 17 n above cost 60k more just because of the lesser units sharing 5 lifts.Thus at the end I have decided to forgo πŸ˜”

Apart from that,I agreed with you that this area seems quiet which I think is good for own stay too,not just investment.

M City asking price does not represent the actual price. Secondary market will be very weak, given that there is no valuation data to support the selling price. Sale very much depend on cash buyer only.
