Hi all,

We are thinking of selling our unit there, a 1200sf unit . We can nego on the price to those who are really serious buyer. Reason to sell is because family is expanding so we are thinking of looking for a bigger house. Let me know if any of you guys keen.

What draws your interest towards this development?

Near to city,IKEA,Sunway Velovity,Aeon Taman Maluri,TRX, and easy access to Cheras & Wangsa Maju.

For investment wise, well of course some of you may not agreed with that + points given the economy is soft now. But location wise I think is not bad, now just see what tenant will be coming in for the retail,that impacts a lot.

Calling all Sentrio homeowners to join our whatsapp group, now that VP is just around the corner. This would be a great advantage especially when establishing the JMB and overcoming whatever issues that may arise.

It is still unclear as to when but I'm guessing somewhere during the 1st Quarter of the year.

The one that we are selling is Bumi lot unit 1,200sqft we are looking around RM900k negotiable facing the golf club level 20+ . But we have yet to get the VP letter but I guess they are sending by batches. I'm not a very active user here in this thread so if there is any genuine and serious interest please wassap me at 012 357 4556. Hua Yang’s projects in the Klang Valley, Perak receive CCC

PETALING JAYA (March 14): Hua Yang Bhd’s residential projects Sentrio Suites (pictured) in Desa Pandan and Residensi Flora@One South in Seri Kembangan, both in the Klang Valley, as well as Lavender 2 in Bandar Universiti Seri Iskandar, Perak have received their Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).

Sentrio Suites is one of Hua Yang’s core urban projects which carries a gross development value (GDV) of RM231 million. It comprises a 40-storey serviced apartment building housing 327 units with built-ups from 570 sq ft and priced from RM485,400 onwards.

The RM104 million GDV Residensi Flora project at One South in Seri Kembangan consists of one residential block offering 194 units of serviced apartments. The selling price starts from RM582,600.

Lavender 2 in Bandar Universiti Seri Iskandar Perak has a GDV of RM74 million. It comprises 281 units of double-storey terraced houses priced from RM244,800.

Hua Yang CEO Ho Wen Yan said in a statement today that all three projects were fully sold in a short time, demonstrating the strong demand and interest in the affordable segment.

“Klang Valley and Perak remain our key regions and continue to contribute positively to our group’s revenue,” he said.

During the third quarter of Hua Yang’s 2017 financial year, projects in the Klang Valley were the largest contributor to revenue, making up a total of 45% while developments in Perak contributed a healthy 21% to the group.
