It is common to have mid floor pump room. Some called it break floor or break tank or ME room. Basically, mid floor pump room is to reduce system over pressure. This is a 40 storey building. Let say floor to floor height is 3.3 meter. Pressure required to reach highest floor could be 14 bar plus head. Higher pressure is hard to control wrt to water hammer, pressure control and component selection.

Rich investors normally have strong holding power,they don't care whether before 25/10 or after.

Impossible to lower the selling price la,those early bird purchasers will make noise..
