i've tried a pair of patriot DDR2-800 (1GB each, blue heatisnk) (default 555-15@1.8v)

managed to OCed to DDR2-800@444-12@2.1v stable.

i bought 4 pieces of mine from mypc. they should have stocks.. last i saw was couple of weeks ago
