If I recall correctly, the land is located near the Batu Tiga Ktm station. It’s could be a plus and negative point…many don’t use ktm anymore but good that at least something is there

Yes. Something like ECRL or ETS would be good.

But I guess that station does go to Subang airport. Another plus point I could think of is one station away from Subang KtM station ( the one in SJCC).

Just that the frequency is not up to mrt and lrt level that’s concerning.

I would have bought Tropicana metropark condo if only the htc isnt nearby

One side border will be the HTC line, depends which part of the land. Can wait for the phase that's not next to the line.

Only pandora, the htc stretches along the way up to paisley as well so I did not bother to look at paisley and paloma

Pandora is the first phase (not ideal), Paloma 2nd (I have a friend renting there, he says it's nice), ...

You should look at Southplace 1 or 2, which are not near htc, on the other side of the lake. Buying new property saves on the downpayment and legal fees.

Maybe bosss can wait and see what’s BRDB going to offer and have a comparison between both.

Seem like you have been looking and surveying for one in this area.

That piece of land also quite decently sized, have space for nice integrated development. I wonder if they'll cover up the pedestrian path all the way to the KTM station and call it a ToD.

I drove past Federal Highway into Metropark, before the flyover exit, I see they have cleared a road into the land and the BRDB sign is up. Should be seeing the gallery soon

The plan is that there will be a few apartment blocks and office blocks divided into 4 phases within an integrated development project , unless they've changed their original plan.

Huh? Where to find this news? I only heard they sold to MCT (now Avaland). When did they sell to BRDB also?

This is the piece of land between TMP and Federal Highway. Now there's a construction site exit from the Federal Highway ramp before you turn left into the area.
