Wonder which one would be more expensive.. both developer is high end one.. btw.. anymore undeveloped area there? Or they will redevelop occupied land?

With 2 huge mixed development there, it will sure "Wong" the place especially both are with shopping mall and office. Good for TMP purchasers and residences of Batu3 and Subang.

There was mention about the Gov extending the LRT or BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) from PJ to Klang along the Federal Highway. Big companies like Tropicana (Dijaya) and BRDB wont simply develop townships here unless they knew of something in the future. Has Tropicana confirmed the relocation of the KTM Batu 3 station to Metropark?
