ya i know i dint do legs, cuz my legs' big muscular enough,i know my legs' not strong, which i plan only do legs when i'm building my strength(low reps heavy weight) after building muscle...
i heard deadlift and squart is important, which day should i fit this 2 in?

ok now back to the 1st question,i'm planing to get 'Xtend,MP Assault,MHP Dark Matter,Cell tech and Nitro tech/Syntha-6'...
is this combo ok? and how should i consume them? should i 'campur' sekali(all pre or post workout) together and drink? and some of the protein suggest that drink after every meal and after workout?
it's the best if somebody can provide me a time table, how many spoon, how much water etc tongue.gif

How can you build strength when the two main core lifts that builds the most strength is not in your routine? ==

edit: To answer your question though, you can just follow the labels given. The window for consuming food after workout is up to 24 hours.

hi there...no,i'm not building strength right now,if not mistaken 'low reps high weight' is just building strength right? so when should i fit this 2 in my routine?

i see smile.gif yes i notice that,so,ok for example...product A ask me to drink 1scoop with 5oz of water + product B ask me to drink 2scoops with 8oz of water...
so should i take 1scoop A + 2scoops of B with 5-8oz or 13oz of water? just mix it up as simple as that?

Ah well, mistake on my part on the strength part there. But at the same time, deadlifts and squats are the two lifts that releases the most growth hormones due to the amount of muscles that are used in those two exercises. And that will cause your muscle growth to skyrocket. Read https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/367750 for more info on this matter.

You may choose to put deadlifts on back days and set aside one whole day for legs alone.

And, for the mixing part, if you don't mind the taste, go ahead. I have not heard of any side effects of mixing supplements before. Personally, I hate the taste of creatine with protein shakes. So it boils down to your own preference.

Even an IFPP Pro bodybuilder train all of his muscle every week; doesn't matter if it's big enough or not. Just saying.

So if you don't want to get big, don't bother with all those supplements. They all contain some illegal stuff that makes you grow big especially dat MHP Dark Matter and Cell Tech

Xtend is a BCAA/Electrolytes drink which is best taken during workout, hence it's called an intra-workout. But you can actually take almost any time of the day when you feel like it. With meals, as a refreshing drink, after workout. Just know what each ingredient in it does. It is not a must to own a BCAA drink.

MP Assault is a pre-workout with stimulants. Best to drink it before starting your workout. Maybe 1 hour before a workout, or depending on how fast you feel the kick of it. You don't have to always take this. It's not a must to own a pre-workout.

MHP Dark Matter is a mostly a fast acting carb + creatine supplement with a bit of protein. You can take this after workout (post-workout), during your workout, or also before your workout. All depends what you need, or when you need that fast acting carbs.

Cell tech is a creatine supplement with a good amount of fast acting carbs. Almost similar to Dark Matter.

Nitrotech is a protein supplement added with creatine.
Syntha-6 is a protein supplement.

You only need 5g of creatine a day.

I would get:

Syntha-6 as my main protein supplement.
Assault as my preworkout.
Buy a pure creatine supplement, i.e. Creatine Monohydrate.

If you actually have money to spare on Celltech/ Dark Matter, Xtend, etc, then go for it. Just study the ingredient label and the uses.

If you have big tights but you never train them, that's just mean it's big because it's being covered with a lot of fat. When someday you feel that you want that six pack abs and start to cut. you'll notice that your leg will become smaller and there will be very little amount of muscle on that quads and hams thus same as the above pic that I post before.

Just train your leg. If you are on a bodybuilding routine, do a bodybuilding routine for your leg and vice versa if you are on strength routine. There are no reason to not to train your leg.

Heck, even a one legged man train his leg.

Neglecting training certain muscle groups is a recipe for disaster and you're putting yourself up for a higher risk of injury.

That's all I'll say. Your choice.
