The problem with resolution like 3440 x 1440 is that it's too close to 4K, meaning that you need more powerful GPU to go with it.

From what I see, BenQ set it such that they encourage 3x XR3501 for immersive gaming experience.

Having 3x XR3501 at 3440 x 1440 would make it really heavy on graphic load.

Maybe we may have such resolution in the future.

Imagine having that resolution now, it would be difficult to power and will certainly cost more.

I have 3 monitors around me but nope, not triple monitor setup. Not feasible.

Being able to see more of your game environment is certainly nice from an immersion standpoint. Coupled with the width, which engages your peripheral vision nicely, the experience becomes quite engaging . despite being an 1080p screen you barely notice any pixelation at its maximum resolution of 2560×1080 , yeah of course a 1440p screen will give you sharper and more details, but for that you will have to pay more . You can go with an eyefinity setup with 16:9 ratio screens to get a wide FOV and deal with the bars between them . If you aiming for optimizing viewing pleasure, having one of these monitors is a must! The pleasure of watching movies and gaming with this monitor has really impressed me, I will make sure to have one of these widescreen monitor in my arsenal!

The BenQ XL2430T Gaming Monitor is one awesome monitor, I have no complaints about the design so physically the product is great.

Feature wise the BenQ XL2430T does not lack and it comes with software support too which is something that I’ve never seen in other monitor brands as well.

So is the BenQ XL2430T a good product? Yes, in fact I think it’s an excellent product. As to whether it’s worth the price would depend entirely on the user.

I found that there are some dead pixels on my monitor.
May I know what is the warranty policy for BenQ monitors concerning dead pixels? 
What information do I need to provide should it be eligible for warranty?

hmm... from what i can examine, i found only 2 dead pixels... guess it does not fit for warranty then... 
just that one of the dead pixel is near at the center of the screen, so if look closely it is kind of annoying

Hey man I read from your review, every purchase for XL2430T comes with Virtus Pro jersey. Is it only applied on selected Benq outlets?
