Hi Mr BenQ,

I just bought a 24" TN monitor GL2460 from Techview roughly 1-2 weeks ago.
I found that there are some dead pixels on my monitor.
May I know what is the warranty policy for BenQ monitors concerning dead pixels? icon_question.gif
What information do I need to provide should it be eligible for warranty?

thanks and regards,
rurushu

hmm... from what i can examine, i found only 2 dead pixels... guess it does not fit for warranty then... doh.gif
just that one of the dead pixel is near at the center of the screen, so if look closely it is kind of annoying sweat.gif

Did the dead pixel appear like say 2 weeks after usage? Or was it there out of the box?

actually it was there since the day I use it for the first time, only when i talked with my colleague last week he told me try to ask if possible for warranty sweat.gif
