Can get this in Malaysia?

Made using poppy seed paste or red bean paste?

dunno. it's filled with poppy seeds. gives a slight sweet, nutty and smoky note plus texture to the bun.

The biggest concern for a ban will be due to whether it is halal or not instead of intoxication effect.

It is considered as a kind of spice, not only used in Indian cooking, it is also used in our beloved fish head curry.

Your urine wont test positive for using poppy seed ts.Don't anyhow tembak la.

You will get a false positive after heavy consmption of poppy seed, I don't simply tembak it has been proven.

This i agree,Cannabis does make food taste better but so does poppy seed.

It does not mean that you will be tested positive for using some sort of drug.
The urine test nowadays is more developed and this kind consumption is nothing.

Problem is don't even know if this is halal or not.
