I'm on dev preview. How can I update the official one now? Cos I check at phone update and it stated that the phone is up to date. Pls assist

I managed to update it. Downgrade it back to Win 8 took about 1 hour and next update again. In total time spend is less than 2 hours.

Yes, dev preview will get cortana as well

Turn language into english US and move it on top and set region to US.
