After signed the S&P, how long one needs to wait to get the stamped copy for purchasing savanna lot? Can anyone share..thanks

Just want to know is there anyone getting unit at C2 and obtain less than 90% loan? Cause wanted to know the payment schedule...

It should be under residential title. Commercial title are for the likes of SoHos, SoVos and so on.

Bro, i think best is to check with SA. But from my understanding, 2nd 10% payment means the 1st 10% payment from bank disbursement.

Few of the other MS projects that I know of works the same way. Correct me if I was wrong.

Hi, I bought B1 though, loan 70%.

First 10% downpayment paid upon SPA signing
2nd 10% (less discount) and 3rd 10% paid upon progressive billing by developer.
The remaining 70% will be disbursed by my Bank.

The progressive schedule is available in your copy of SPA.

Have the developer start billing for 2nd or 3rd payment? If nit then did they mention roughly when they will start bill for 2nd and 3rd stage? Many thanks...

Hi, it won't be so soon, it will at least take another 6 months to 1 year for the 2nd billing to happen.

If you got your SPA, refer to the appendix for the schedule of the progressive billing, it will roughly give you the idea how soon the progressive billing will happen.

Don't think it will be that long. I'm expecting them to bill me for pilling & ground works (10%) by end of the year. The other portions that are very subjective and quite sucky are the ones for the road, drainage and also sewerage.

I've got properties which billed me in order (1, 2a), 2b), 2c)....3, 4...) and also a properties that jump all around the order of the Third Schedule. Not much you can do about it as it is clearly stated in the S&P, point 4, that the developer has the right not to follow the order..... @@

my take will be residential title on commercial land. I guess all service apartments are the same.

Is this still available for sale? Any completed units yet from the previous blocks? It seems quite good based on the size and price. I'm thinking if this would be a good buy. Thanks ahead!

What is the best time to flip? After get the keys (vacant procession) or after certificate of completion or just wait for more retails shops move in? What is your experience?
