slight overweight will be no problem lah. just make sure you're not obese and high blood pressure. If yes, confirm kick out early during the PAC

@f-24 last time the requirement is bmi between 19-29 iirc. Slightly lower or higher should be ok i believe
@syirbiznatch most of the time u can use phone, only for few modules that they will take ur phone away |

thanks all for the answer. so i will focus to improve my fitness.
hope i can get into ptd this 1st try. since i just started working and my salary is not so much differ with m41 ptd. and still no commitment. huhu for PAC do we need to stay at the place for a night or two? i need to plan my leave. and for group discussion and public speaking what is the best attire? i heard that we better wear as smart as we can like wear blazer with red tie. does it true? |
