saw in FB. got one fellow failed 6 times

I've been through 5 exams, 2 pacs, and 2 interviews.

I passed online and going to PAC. Insider source says if we pass it this time, there's no need for 3rd interview as we have:

1. 1 year cadet attachment
2. Paid 1800 only during that period

The process normally goes like this

Exam > pac > interview > cadetship

The allowance slightly higher than that

Interview is the most difficult to pass.

Well, they might change the process this year. But i dont think they will skip the interview process as that is the most important and difficult process.

Unless they change the PAC content, it's unlikely to have no interview session. Bcs PAC so easy and only see your communication skills on a brief - 5 mins talk then group discussion.
