Haha yaya.. But I have faith that a future firmware update will solve the stylus problem.. And I think XZU will keep on rocking for another year due to the unbeatable size and boldness, albeit very slim device that will caught anyone eyes.. Even bangla working at a food stall can't resist to ask me what device I am holding yesterday..

Read the XZU thread plenty of issues with SOD, fake hang, soft speaker etc. Even rooting is difficult.
Just hope Note 3 is as stable as Note 2.

A big no-no for me..

I always hate it if speaker not loud. I always get missed call. 

Problem is many typical non phone users just read the surface of the issue and immediately concluded is a big problem... And worse of all start to spread inaccurately their thoughts about the phone. It is quite misleading at times especially to another non user
Rooting is just simply pressing a button and the program will process to root it automatically - where he got the idea is difficult ?? It is the simplest rooting method of all phones I have used by far

Some users are giving less than rating "5" for ZXU speaker in comparison to rating "10" in Note 2, which is means the XZU is quite bad

judging by the current s4 touchwiz UI..  that said, if note 3 uses the same UI as the s4.  then its the same thing.  correct me if im wrong . thanks

Since you give a specific example I will give you a specific answer.

S3 and note2 have the same tw version. There is some occasional lag on s3 but nothing major. Note 2 has no lag.

S4 has reported lags but you're not going to die from it right? Note3 is expected to do away with those issues.

sound logical. Anyway, default laptop RAM has been stagnanted at 4GB. I think 4GB will be magical number.

the whole point of a new android phone is smoothness ,  if you cant get the smoothness right, then no matter how m many GB (3/4/8/16GB) of ram you put into a phone, the result will be the same (laggy).

whatever la.. im tired of going through all this again.. since your mind is just samsung hardware.

Lets take S3 for example. 1GB ram. Is ALL the 1GB ram being occupied by Touch Wiz? a mere fraction of it. Increasing ram has nothing to do with the smoothness of touchwiz. Its the programming of the UI itself. The program must be optimised to the hardware, checked for memory leaks and etc.

Likewise, 3GB ram one should not expect "omg super smooth UI for sure". It may or may not be smoother, but i'd bet my bottom dollar it has nothing to do with the amount of ram it has for any devices 1GB ram and above.

want smooth UI, either open its framework, find out whats wrong or tweak it yourself, or get a diff UI Launcher where the developer is actively tweaking it.

(which is why custom roms tend to be smoother, it is tweaked, based on what the chef thinks would improve performance. do u get magically extra ram when u flash a custom rom?)

Compared to other OSes, its easy for those OS to not lag when all you have are just rows of icons. Hard to go wrong.

Adding ram is just one of the way. Frankly i would say TW is not fully optimize for smoothness and having 3gb on Note 3 will not guarantee better user experience. That being said, TW got lots of really useful function to make it up.
