Ubisoft's office is actually right opposite my office's building. Always saw their ppl wearing Ubisoft's T shirt roaming around the food court... too bad can't get in.

find an open window to go inside. or a secret catacomb underneath. you might need to synchronize the area first if you want the icon to show on your mini-map
on a serious note, PC version still got delayed until the end of this year (Dec 2013). the same can be said for PS4 & XB1 version... Typical

The town was really nice for me.. except the outdoor areas most noticeably the snow areas where the textures are really bad. I felt AC2 was still the best experience for me though.
