i know mac has excellent graphics...

hehehe, for a very very premium price, the Quad core G5 towers should handle rendering work well.

not really. there's still Silicon Graphic that handle rendering very well.
"best" is something very subjective. I would only say Mac deos well in creative production feild. I did image editing (ie photshop), dtp (indesign, illustrator), web & multimedia (dreamweaver, flash & director) on DP 2.0 G5. Smooth like hot knife on butter  Some of my friend that does cinematography & pro photography also uses mac. |

Mac = good sharp typography & colors are alittle more vibrant i suppose.

well, that still subjective to what screen/ monitor u use. I've seen some agency that hock up a Powermac with el-cheapo LCD screen that turn colour to yellowish. Its a waste.

IMHO Garage Band is the best music production ever...
Apple also can run Pro-Tools....lots of studios and artist like Linkin Park and many other US bands and all over the world people using Pro-Tools...great software... Thats why I love Macs! |
