Some shield is gooding. Especially Stormshield that rolls high CC% & Block chance. Summoning amiranna

There are also some underrated build that uses shield also.... For example LTK Monk, etc etc.

that is a lot of rare?
many rares are useless.
Only a few I keep, like Critical Chance 5% and above, and must have 4/5 other very good attributes.

its the skill bonus too.. for3xample this below can be highly priced for a barb.
