I have 3 numbers with SLL38 and IDDIC. 2 x New Best v1 MNP and 1 x Best Prepaid v1 used by my kids and routers. Best part is the low maintenance, I only have to worry about reloading & buying SLL once a year.

Oh, it's not used for internet but as a management channel for sending status to me and commands to the router via 64k data or failing that, SMS.
