Majority of IOS 7 changes are very obvious:
- New UI (flat!)
- New Lock screen
- New transperant layer
- Control center, notification, camera, etc

It's worthy as another IOS, i mean, not like 6.1 or something but 7! Most obvious underlying changes is from 32-bit to 64-bit. Apple is not very forth-coming about other underlying changes. In fact, some benchmark indicating drop in performance (take with grain of salt): http://www.phonearena.com/news/iOS-6-vs-iO...ce-drop_id47575

Android 4.2 to 4.3 is more like the other way round. Also note that it's just a point update, not to 5.0 biggrin.gif Many underlying changes like merge and rearrange UI for faster UI processing (https://developers.google.com/events/io/sessions/325418001), OpenGL ES 3.0, better multicore support in rendering, better bluetooth stack, more optimized dalvik runtime, better security such as SELinux, restricted profile (yes, accessibility not only in tablet), etc are really not notice-able for normal users.

i did some performance comparison, 4.3 is more efficient and faster than 4.2... but... anyone care? laugh.gif i see many still using 4.2.2 here... so...

AOKP already have unofficial build by AOKP member for 4.3 ROM. Still experimental...

Guys, I'm on stock 4.3. I noticed something is off, whenever I had my locations turned on I would get normal battery life.

If I turned off locations in Settings, locations in Google Settings, Google Now turned off, my battery drains very fast.

Any ideas?

How does the Nexus 4 fare against HTC Butterfly? I'm using Butterfly now, considering to jump ship to nexus 4 since I recently bought a Nexus 4 wireless orb to pair with my Nexus 7 FHD.
