There's also swipe to wake in r182...rarely use power button since read some user change power button.I use swipe to wake and PA 3.99 come with sleep button on quick toogle.

Actually, how the power button on nexus 4 spoiled? I don't understand and never other person has this problem before.

I'm planning to get one but worried of getting fake unit. Can I be sure that I'm still able to get original/geniune set at the moment? How can I be sure that it's geniune? Should I wipe cache + wipe dalvik cache before flashing the X kernel into it?

I Googled the definition of Dirty Flash mean, Wipe Cache + Wipe Dalvik Cache? Am I correct?

in my understanding..dirty flash the rom is u flash it without factory reset..
if u factory reset then it would be clean install/flash..
