The so-call faster mostly due to bionic/krait optimization. You can do that without customized ROM. I am on stock ROM, can get 25k 24k antutu score on 1.5ghz.

ps: sorry, 24k only.. err.. my point is, it's ok to use deodex ROM for customization, important to many people, but whenever u use it, bare in mind there is a tiny teeny bit of performance hit.

i think its because of the JSS version. I've trried various CM 10.2 nightly and always have freeze problem. That revert back to PA 3.99. Hopefully the 4.4 version of CM is stable and no more freezes

Mine I think is ok. Not having that rusty situation. Mine is from Hotspot. I also bought another one from DirectD. Maybe later back home will check whether the one I bought from DirectD is having that rusty screw

Based on my experience, I prefer JWR one because using CM 10.2 (JSS) always got freeze issue unlike JWR (PA 3.99) didnt encounter this issue.

As far as i know the latest for PA would be 3.99 and CM 10.2 would be following their latest nightlies
