Maybe a DM and a striker will arrive before transfer close ? Too many creative mids but lacks aggressiveness to protect back 4. Too many chances created but lacks final touch. Sounds familiar season after season.

Arsenal's match after this can only get better..

relax arsenal always slow starter , dulu 1st few match also no win.

Not all about the ref, 1st we let the ball pass through the defender so easily, let the striker 1 on 1 with our keeper, for two times that causes the penalty. Slow defender, 2nd, midfield player not even creative enough to pass the ball and create more chance for our striker, all the passes and like shits, schoolboy passes, some like last year,no improvement at all.

the ref is to blame, he made many weird decisions. even before the penalty decision i felt his decisions were a bit biased.
are we to blame? yes, we relaxed after scoring. we play bad against teams that pack defence, and aston villa werent doing that in the early stages. as soon as they scored the penalty they start packing the defence again, and you see the old arsenal appearing.
is arsene to blame? i have no idea, maybe he IS trying to sign people but something's happening behind the scene that we dont know of. but if he doesnt sign players after leaving the squad as thin as paper he has to answer to the wrath of the fans.

Sad to say this, but im inclined to support #wengerout now. Lets not cling on fake faith anymore. I can take losses, no prob, it's part of the game. But the way the team played when we were down 1-2 was really heart-wrenching to watch. No urgency to spring a come back and worse still when koscielny was sent out, the team totally broke down. Comeon! we were only a goal down and a man short, and we were only against Villa, you guys gave up completely??!!!

Pffftttt...Something is really wrong with the team's spirit and mentality. We need changes, and unfortunately i think it's time to change those at the top of management. #wengerout it is for me.

Actually I like this comment. Though I didn't watch the match, but IMO if we were to allow in penalties, that must have meant we have been poor on the buildup towards that penalty. Sometimes, it's better to accept and analyze that we are not that good instead of pointing solely at the one factor that have costed of the game.

Cool down guys. It's a pain to see our beloved team get trashed like that. And we have to admit that this is just a repeat of what we've seen all these recent years. So instead of bashing aw up or protecting the team by refusing to criticize them, why don't we cool down and start discussing where it all went wrong?

But truth to be told, during discussion keep an open mind la. Anything is possible to be the reason. Even if someone decides to talk about the coach.

A bad game from us (might be a very bad game)

1. Starting 11 + formation is spot on. Looks stronger on paper compared to Villa.
2. 1st goal was a superb open field play from us. Everything looks to click each other.
3. 1st penalty, obviously Kosc fault, when you go like that and you lose, you lose. Keeper had no chance.
4. 2nd penalty, harsh penalty, but not surprising it came from a shitty referee.
5. Red card. harsh red card. We can appeal that 1 match ban.
6. 3rd goal, could have done better. All at fault.
7. Same opposition tactics, hard tackling. Seems to work everytime.
8. Shere no Will power at all.
9. Rusty Carzola, well thats what you can get when having pointless international FRIENDLY in the middle of the week upon the opening of BPL.
10. Ramsey keep on impressing me. Hell he could have replace the keeper as well. All round player this one.
11. Dembele, why on earth we did not go for this monster? 15 farking million only AW!
12. Unfortunate injury on Gibbo. Get well soon.
13. The squad is thin. FFS, look at the benches!
14. Lack of game changer type of player.
15. VERY POOR refereeing. So poor is should have ended with 5 Arsenal players on the field due to injuries & red cards.
16. Spend the money. SPEND IT! Imagine if we have - Higuain, Suarez & Fellaini - surely i wont be typing this shit.
