QUOTE(kh8668 @ Oct 1 2013, 07:45 AM) Bigger space with 3-bedroom albeit the third room will be a bit clamp. For me, own stay.More rooms is good for rental play especially when your target is student. They used to be shared amongst themselves. But when there is too many student in the apartment, the whole environment will not suitable for own-stayed. Can some body do poll for metia? Wish to know what is the ratio of flipping, rental play, and owner occupied. |

QUOTE(wil-i-am @ Oct 1 2013, 09:36 PM) The Berkeley Group Holdings is a UK-based housebuilder on the FTSE(Buffet hardly ventures out of the US), completely unrelated to Warren Buffet. My first entry at 2050p yielding at 5.8% to 6%, rising to 13% next year. Should be a good buy. Jumped to 2150ptoday.http://www.google.co.uk/finance?q=LON%3ABK...KUtjQIYi2kgXNVA |

QUOTE(soraya.adam @ Aug 3 2013, 08:47 PM) In my humble opinion, DIBS is just a minor factor. It's like giving free air con. What important is the after sales either can be sale or rent. For me the location of Metia is pretty strategic, walking distance to Giant and nearby with MSU and KDU (future college). Agree with you. I went alam sanjung site around 8pm..it's like a die city..no shoplot at all..all is factory...who want to stay beside of factory if you are not working there..so when the sales told me zero entry cost..DBIS..1k booking fee only..i also will not going for that project...of course the factory wont move in future..we are the one to move..for metia..just worry that is it the land is too small & clamp..and it's just beside of highway..will be a lot dust if took unit facing Glenmarie...But of course, i do agree DIBS is one of the key-attraction in Sanjung. LOL actually am interested with this project |

Signed S&P agreement. It seems the first year is maintenance free. It's just that stamp duty once the project is completed will be bear by the buyer's own pocket. maintanance fee is 0.23 psf + sinking fund 0.02
And d lawyer asked me to sign docu that I assume knowingly that it's a lease hold service apt. |
