I believe the line will cover both section 13 & 14. i would say section 13 (at least) has some activity at night(sports, stadium, restaurants, etc.) but in section 14, really dead at night. however, section 14 has a lot of offices so it is also strategic.

I was passed by the lot on my way back from KLIA2 recently and I can confirm they have started work on above ground level.

what is the dividend yield? i'm not used to the KLSE and i was wondering recently if there is anything worth investing in the malaysian stock market.
