That is the interest charged for the first drawdown payment to the developer from your bank. This will repeatedly charge you until the unit is handover to you. Also, this interest will get higher, depends on the total drawdown from the developer.

We shall monitor the progress continuously. I would say the speed is ok, as they have completed the piling between 4 - 5 months, of course due to there's no basement level for this project.
Normally the construction pace will pick up once they have completed the ground floor and I foresee the car park level will be up very soon. Once they reached the transfer floor ie the facilities floor, the progress will be slightly slower due to construction of the transfer beam which will take slightly longer period of time. After that, the speed will picks up again when they're constructing the typical floors above. Overall, I satisfied the progress so far. |

propwall not even bother to update metia current average price..unlike vista alam which updated every month..means metia not so appreciate by them..

hii..anybody know how many unit left for this project?
actually i am quite concern with flood at that area.. i have stuck there once last year..the water level is about the car tyre.the giant parking area and stadium parking area are cover by flood.. |

If there is lrt station at Shah Alam.. Where do you guys think will be? Seksyen 13 or 14? Metia or vista alam?
