Currently i just flash the bios from the original to X850XT bios...
the bios itself has been mod using RaBit 1.70...
i just only set the core and memory to 500Mhz and 500Mhz=1Ghz
but the temperature i got when exit F.E.A.R reaching 70*C...

just wonder is it normal to reach 70degree...for a high res game...?

It is normal, dont worry. Btw the x800 works fine with the x850 bios with no problems ? Then it should be the ones using R480 cores, lucky u.

yup i open the heatsink first b4 doing that modding..
never trust a program to give reading...
i got R423 from AtiTool...
but under the heatsink was R480 actually... sweat.gif

that why i've mod to X850XT instead of X800XT..

i'm waiting for Arctic Cooling Ati Silencer 5 rev2 from my supplier...
so hard to find this cooler...i had to order from US..

anyway tq for the comment..

After flashing, does it open any pipelines?

For sure, 16 pipes with nice clocks, but more heat from the core. I think u wait for the Ati Silencer 5 until u began the OC. brows.gif
